An American born Chinese, Ms. Leung is Secretary for CNYCA 2011. She has been active in Sacramento's Chinese community for over a decade. She is editor of Sacramento Chinese Culture Foundation newsletter and serves on board of directors for Locke Community and International House in Davis.
